Welcome to Studiosmainland! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our photography and videography services, as well as our website and online platforms.

By booking a session or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

Studiosmainland offers professional photography and videography services including but not limited to:

  • Event Coverage (Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate Events, etc.)

  • Portrait Sessions

  • Product/Brand Shoots

  • Video Production & Editing

  • Drone Services (where legally permissible)

All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

2. Bookings and Payment

  • Bookings must be made in advance and confirmed with a deposit.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be made atleast one(1) week before the service date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 5 days before the shoot date may receive a partial refund (terms and conditions apply).

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the shoot are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is permitted one time at no cost if requested 10 days in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for location shoots.

  • You agree to be punctual and cooperative during sessions to ensure quality service.

  • You agree not to use our media for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

5. Image & Video Rights

  • Studiosmainland retains the copyright to all images and videos taken.

  • Clients receive a license to use final, edited media for personal or business purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to use select images/videos for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client before the shoot.

6. Delivery Timeline

  • Edited photos and videos will be delivered within 7–10 working days after the shoot.

  • Express delivery is available upon request at an additional charge.

7. Revisions

  • A limited number of revisions (one) are included with all editing services.

  • Additional revisions may incur a fee.

8. Liability

  • Studiosmainland will not be held liable for any damages, loss of data, or other unforeseen issues arising from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure).

  • In any event, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information and media will not be shared or sold without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
